I put a message out on slack asking pax if they have a kettlebell they were not using and wanted to sell or donate to the Forge. JB and Manning stepped up and JB offered a nice 35lb KB but the catch is I had to Q a BD at the Arena. Manning gave me something that looked like a blowup KB weighing 35lbs. I have to say I had to use Mannings at the Forge one morning because the numbers were so large. As far as the Q, where it is.

Moseyed from the flag to the softball field parking lot near the playground for the Warm-a-Rama.

The Thang:

11’s “Step-ups” and “Merkins” from the parking lot to the picnic benches, rinse and repeat until 11’s are completed.

Next Indian Run halfway around the softball fields with the last pax dropping down for 5 merkins and running to the front. We did this until all pax had a turn and this took us to the football field.

On the football field, we did Columbian neckties starting from the goal line run to the 10yrd line and back to the goal line for 1 Columbian necktie, run to the 20yrd line back to the goal line for 2 Columbian neckties, rinse and repeat to each yard line doing Columbian neckties that matched the number on the yard line until you got to the other goal line.

From the football field, we moseyed to the Towne Lake brick wall sign near the intersection of Towne Lake Drive and Bellsferry where each pax got in front of a spotlight and we did Monkey Humpers for the traffic passing by. Fun times!

Then moseyed back to the flag for 45 seconds of flutter kicks.

Some pax covered 3.3 to 4+ miles during the BD.

COT: Prayed for JB’s parenting. Sharapova as he heads back to work after 12 weeks, for his kids, as they all look to figure out their new normal with the passing of Amy. HoneyDo and his M for a safe and healthy delivery of their baby.

It was YHC’s first Q at the Arena and I will definitely be back to Q again. Great group of HIMs and lots of opportunities at the Arena. We put in some good work and had some fun too! Jackalope actually covered his nipples which was much appreciated.
