We started with a 1 lap mosey and warmed up in the parking lot:

SSH

Copper Head Merkins

Copper Head Squats

Imperial Walkers

Sun Gods and Michael Phelps

And of course, the Weed Pickers!

We then ran 2 laps and ended up in grass to to start the 20’s.

20’s  with Merkins and Squats:

With a 40 yard distance we started with 19 Merkins and 1 Squat, rinse and repeat.

Once complete we ran 3 laps and met up in the pavilion.

We then did 11’s in the pavilion between Big Boys and Step Ups.

For the last 10 minutes we ran to the field for some Speed Ball where the 1’s horribly beat the 2’s.

We did take a moment for @CouchFire (Slippin’ Jimmy) to catch his breath after an amazing run/fall.

@Blackhawk was the sixth man and we appreciate his words and leadership in F3!

Great job everyone, it was a humid one, but everyone did great.
