WARMUP: SSHs, Sungods, Michael Phelps, Imperial Walkers
THE THANG:
Took a quick mosey and then unloaded logs pf various sizes down to the field.
Doras across the football field. Paired up and one PAX either carried or flipped their log across the field and back while the other PAX did an exercise.

Exercise while waiting on Pax to return
Squats
Lunges
Imperial Walkers
Merkins
Flutterkicks
BBS
Sungods
LBC
Plank jacks

Any team that finished all exercises ran a lap around the field and then started up again. Those that didn’t were probably the ones with the heavier logs. 😎

As usual multiple log size jokes/comments were made throughout the beatdown.
We ended by carrying the logs up the hill back to the truck.

After loading the truck we were reminded once again of PJ’s lack of picture taking skills.

P-Body very gracefully informed us that he has other interests in life besides F3 that require his physical prowess! 😳 His “swim bod” apparently drives all the young ladies wild, so he will be pursuing his swimming career, or other swim bods🤽‍♀️ (not sure which) possibly to the detriment/decrease of his F3 participation.
Chickenfried meanwhile subtly tried to marry his daughter off to P-Body, or wanted her to find someone like P-Body, also not sure which.

COT:
PJ’s PSA numbers ARE DOWN!! Apparently something he’s doing is working.
Prayed for CP’s Dad and Chubb’s friend.
Chubbs took 6th man and reminded us that we live in a fallen world per some challenges that a good friend of his is going through. Warned us that we need to be constantly vigilant and of the importance of having close friends and family that we can talk openly to and hold us accountable for our actions.
As a friend of mine used to say “No matter who you are, we’re just one step from stupid”.
