The Thang:
Circle up. All PAX get a playing card with a number. They take turns stepping into the “auction” ring and calling out an exercise. The PAX then bid on the exercise. 10 is the buy in (minimum) you can bid. Although the bidding was not as active as one would think it should be, the pain was definitely still there.

Exercises performed were with sand bags as follows:
Lunges
Squats
6inches with sandbag above head 1:30
Curls
Bent over rows
Snatches
Presses
(I’m pretty sure I’m missing one or two)

In between each round we would carry the sandbags and run to the end of the parking lot and back.

COT happened, prayers were lifted, coffee and iced tea were consumed.
