Started with a nice brisk mosey to pick up coupons. Warmed up with some SSH, weed pickers, and copperhead squats.
The workout consisted of a variety of exercises involving coupons. Since the coupons were different sizes and weights, we moved around the circle after each exercises so each pax could have a chance to experience each coupon. The list of exercises ( In no particular order) were:
Squats, merkins, overhead press, tricep press, flutter kicks, bench press, dry docks, shoulder taps, lunges, lbc, and imperial walkers.
After each time completely around the circle, we ran a small lap.
With a few minutes left, we did a few exercises without the coupons.
