THE THANG: Manly Men 2026 kickoff. We did a litany of exercises (lunges, Shoulder Press, curls, squats, flutter kicks, skull crushers, rows, calf raises, pullovers, lap around parking lot) all with cinder blocks because that’s what manly men do. 4 sets, escalating 10, 15, 20 & 25. All manly.
