WARMUP: Mosey the track, lap around the track and the following, while the Pax gave the Mission (Oxbow) & 5 Core Principles (Misty, Duggar and FMB(?)). Dandy and Bloodhound added a 6 & 7. SSHs, Imperial Walkers, Good Mornings, Weed Pickers & Sun Gods IC. Duggar added the Joy.
THE THANG: #1 – 10 Burpees, 10 Merkins, 10 BBS – LAP; Then 999 Lap, all the way to 1 of each. With time running short, audible was called and the pax were done when the 1st Pax finished. FMB and Misty knocked all these out 1st. Mosey….

#2 – First Done is My Friend. The Pax did the following w/ the number of reps. The 1st done would yell done and all the pax would stop and run the loop, around the birthday rock.
1 – 100 SSHs
2 – 90 LBCs
3 – 50 Mtn Climbers (Rubicon Count)

Time running low, so headed to the Flag (coffee carafe) and finished with 2 mins of Mary. Duggar w/ crunchy frogs and FMB w. merkins.
