This morning was one of those mornings where you really want to keep the Site Q and the Q guessing as to whether or not you will show up.  The forecast predicted rain, but it was a very low percentage.  And although F3 meets outside “rain or shine”, not everyone shows up when it’s raining… let’s face reality.  I am guilty of a NC just because I am not sure if I want to brave ALL the elements.  I am just being honest here.

Fortunately for me, I was joined by 8 brothers who pushed me to get better today and could’ve given me a harder time than they did about my beatdown.  I was making some of it up on the fly.  Most of it was planned out though.

Here it is:

Diamond Merkins or Derkins – 10
Overhead Press with cinder block – 20
Merkins or Monkey Humpers  – 30
Box Cutters or Bonnie Blairs – 20
Jump Squats 10

When you are done with your set, take a lap.  Each time your number of laps increase by one, with a max of 4.

When it was your turn, instead of taking the lap, you would put the harness on and drag the tire across the parking lot to the wall.
