[From the bottom of the hill, 5 burpees, mozy to the top, 10 jump squats. Mozy back around down the other side of the hill. Burpees and Jumpsquat sets increase by 5 reps each round until 20 burpees and 25 jump squats, then the rep numbers decrease at the same rate.]
