Sooorie makes a return to the Murph. You can only get a 30 min Murph time if you do more push ups and pull ups.
Warm up- Coming in hot! The PAX showed true leadership and started Indian runs without their fearless leader. Sooorie had a tactical error when assuming getting coffee at Race Track would be a simple task. |
Receiving a last minute call from Happy Ending, we circled the lot continuing indian runs, alas we were unable to find our missing man.
Warm up consisted of SSH, long Weed pickers, quad stretches and then combat get ups- in an effort to better prepare the PAX at the Murph for the possible day they find themselves in a fight on the ground.
The Thang- Taking inspiration from Office party- PAX were tasked with Running to each light post, adding 2 reps to Merkins and Squats until the end.
At the end of the road, we picked up coupons and continued with Scottguards (deadlifts) and curls, adding 2 to every lamp post. Halfway through, we added rifle carries. Finally retiring the coupons we picked up Baatan Death March, until the PAX reminded Sooorie of his promise of pull-ups.
We added pull-ups with cadence, a short session of mary, and with the last few seconds, finished with more pull ups.
