WARMUP: Mosey over to blankets creek parking lot and got warm with a set of 10 mountain climbers, copperhead merkins, copperhead squats, SSH, and throw in some weed pickers, sun gods, and MP.

THE THANG:
Challenge 1 — group
Indigenous persons run, while passing 2 small logs overhead and keeping arms raised — 2 laps around the parking lot.

Challenge 2 — partners
Moseyed over to parking area closest to church entrance. Partnered up, 1 person does lap around islands, while other person does Carolina dry docks, until reaching 300 cumulatively.

Challenge 3 — self
Moseyed over to parking area closest to flag. Bear crawl 1 lap around pine islands with 15 LBCs and 20 air presses at each “bump out”.

Bonus challenge — self against group
Grab a coupon from the drainage area. Stand in circle, lifting your coupon overhead. Last man to drop his coupon is winner. I think it was a tie between OJ and Blowpop!
