- Sprint to the end of the lot and bear crawl back.
- 12 Reverse Rows RH, 12 LH, then 12 Goblet Squats. Followed by 10 each, then 8, 6, then sprint to the end of the lot and plank on the 6.
- Lunge Walk back to original location.
- 12 RH presses, 12 LH, 12 Upright Rows. Then 10 each, 8 each 4 each.
6 minutes of Mary to finish.
