• Mosey to side lot of church, a few laps with karaoke and laterals sprinkled in
• Circle up, burpees, lunges to next island, more burpees, backwards lunges, more burpees
• Grab a coupon, manmakers, lunges with coupon overhead, manmakers, lunge back (curls for 6 each time)
• Manmakers, bear crawl with coupon, curls, manmakers, crab walk back with coupon, chest press, manmakers
• Crucifixes, BBS with coupon, escalating x4 each time and hold 20 sec in mid position after each set, manmakers
• Tubthumping – burpee each time you go down, when you get back up again do SSH
• Mary at flag
