*Warm-O-Rama:*
No man goes into battle cold. YHC led the PAX through a proper warmup session to loosen up the joints and prepare for the suck ahead.
-10 Imperial Walkers IC (get those hips loose, gentlemen)
-10 Copperhead Squats IC (because form matters)
-10 Copperhead Merkins IC (slow and controlled, none of that flopping nonsense)
-6 Weedpickers IC (for the tin men in the group)
-Sun Gods OYO (both directions, because balance)
-Michael Phelps OYO (hug yourself, no one else will after this beatdown)
*The Thang:*
With muscles warm and minds hardened, we speed rucked a mile in two lines, rotating the sandbag of suffering to ensure everyone got their fair share of the suck.
Back at Startex, we partnered up, grabbed sandbags, and took off towards Chat Tech for some classic Dora action.
*Dora’s at Chat Tech:*
-100 Merkins (chest day is every day)
-200 Curls (because suns ~out~, guns out)
-300 Bent Over Rows (strong back, strong man)
Sandbags were dropped, but the PAX weren’t done yet. We switched partners and rucked to Starbucks for some stairway action:
One partner: Ruck overhead flutter kicks
Other partner: Climbed the stairs and knocked out 5 squats at the top
Each partner got time to conquer the stairs before we had to head back.
Then we rucked back to Chat Tech, swapped partners again, grabbed the sandbags, and took the long way home via the parking deck before returning to Startex.
*Bonus Round:*
Time left? No problem. YHC called:
10 IC American Hammers (ruck in front)
Sooorie followed up with 10 IC Merkins (because why not?)
*COT:*
Count-off, Name-o-Rama
6th Man shared his story
FNG Named: Bouzouki (man plays instruments, now he plays with pain)
Prayers lifted for those in need
Coffeeteria commenced because real men drink coffee, not excuses
*Final Thoughts:*
Sandbags, stairs, and suffering: mission accomplished. The PAX showed up, put in work, and left no man behind. The except for duster who showed up late and worked out on his own. Leader men would have taken a nap in the car while they waited. Keep accelerating. Keep pushing. Iron sharpens iron!
