Started out with a meandering mosey quickly followed by a rollicking rendition of warm-o-rama where the pace changed and the cadence changed frequently. PAX were confused…but in a good way.

Afterwards we grabbed our coupons and set ourselves up in a RING OF FIRE.

Pax, 1-2 at a time, would Mosey to the other end of parking lot while the other PAX performed an exercise with their coupon until the ring was completed.

After the ring was completed, all PAX would do some type of exercise together that involved carrying a coupon for a distance.
