After donating platelets the night before, I was told no exercising for 24 hours. With the low Thursday numbers at the Vineyard and some “encouragement” from Grylls, I gave it a shot.
Short mosey around the parking lot into some weed pickers, imperial walkers and Michael Phelps.
- Incline Merkins
- Calf raises
- Mountain Climbers
- Shoulder Presses
- Box Cutters
- Upright Rows
Each exercise was AMRAP for 1 minute, 20 seconds. After each round, everyone would run to the other side of the parking lot, touch the wall, and run back to the workout area and plank for the six. Next, we did some Mary for a few minutes before time.
The Vineyard is a great AO. Hopefully this can jump start a resurgence there.
