THE THANG:
Ghost Pepper’s 2.0 had a gnarly spill the night before a VQ so I decided to pinch hit and help a fellow PAX out.
We did a weird and unorganized version of Chase the Rabbit/Station. The pacer was 50 Big Boys, then they’d go to station 1, station 1 to station 2, etc. the intent was to not leave your station until you were relieved by a fellow PAX. It was chaotic but we sweated and had a good time. It was almost VQ-ish

Station 1 – Stairs
Station 2 – Merkins
Station 3 – Squats
Station 4 – 40 yrd dashes
Station 5 – Burpees
we also did some running/sprinting/lunging/etc on the field to close out time.
