WARMUP: The Usuals
THE THANG: #1 – Doomsday Clock – PAX form a circle, starting in a plank position. Pax A does 5 merkins, then the next Pax does 5 merkins, etc.. all the way around. 2nd round increase to 10. Once a Pax “fails”, he starts taking a lap, until the last Pax standing…wins! Bloodhound was victorious. The victor did 15 SSHs while the rest of us losers did 10 Burpees.

#2 – Duggar Mtn – The group headed off campus to the Ball Ground Post office. If you know BG, the post office sits and the base of Duggar Mountain. I long road up to the clouds. On Duggar Mountain, there are 4 stops. 1st stop..16 Wide Merkins, 2nd stop..15 Merkins..3rd stop..14 HR merkins. 4th stop, which was the Summit… 13 Wide merkins…Once at the Summit…mosey back down to the base. Then repeat the exercises, but decreasing the reps…The PAX made 2 trips to the Summit. Running low on time, we moseyed back to the Flag.
MARY: 5 mins of Mary!!, with all PAX leading, except Backdraft. Poor Backdraft. #makeMarygreatagain
