Mosey, Side Straddle Hops, Weed Pickers, Tumble Weeds right and left, Sun Gods.
On route to practice field 20 fall in pushups, two sets of 20 tricep dips with mosey in between.
Partner up for cumulative 100 pop squats while partner runs subsides 10, 20, and 30 yards. Pop squats until six is in. Next is 4 corners of football field. Side Straddle to first corner for 30 partner -Big Boy Sit-ups in cadence , mosey to 35 yard line and lunge to opposing 35 yard line. Mosey to second corner for 30 partner – Merkins in cadence. Side Straddle to third corner for 30 each partner throw downs in cadence. Backwards run to fourth corner for 15 each partner incline pull-ups in cadence with opposite partner holding the bar. Side Straddle to first corner to repeat the circuit. Changed the second transition lunges to pulsing lunges and Side Straddles to Karaoke. Third circuit changed back to regular lunges. Finished with four 50 yard runs with 5 burpees after each. Mosey back to the flag.

Totally enjoyed the partner total body workout. Great work by all. Sorry FNG’s body didn’t want last nights dinner anymore but he indicated he would be back. Glad to have him and all that gave him encouragement.
