The thang:

Grab a coupon. Rifle carry to start. Rifle carry 1/2 mile with increasing bent over rows every light pole – 3, 6, 9, etc. Squat on 6. Carry rock back to start. Curls at every light pole – 2,4,6, etc. If coupon goes down, 20 burpees for all. Fingertips were cold.
