WARMUP: Lap around the parking lot. Normal warmup with SSH, WP, WM, IW, and SG
THE THANG: Mosey to the front of the school where the Christmas Tree made a 3rd appearance this week (but modified each time). Roll the die and perform the related exercises:
1 – 10 Mike Tysons & 10 Burpees
2 – 20 Merkins & 20 Box Cutters
3 – 30 LBCs & 30 Freddy Mercury
4 – 40 Hillbillies & 40 Mountain Climbers
5 – 50 Air Press & 50 Imperial Walkers
6 – 60 SSH

Next up was a Parade of Toy Soldiers. PAX partnered up. Pax A would start doing Toy Soldiers around the front parking lot counterclockwise while Pax B ran clockwise. When partners met up and swapped out. This started out well (except for some directionally challenged Pax) but at some point the “March of the Tin Soldiers” I had playing ended and Halloween music started playing. After partners met up 4 times we switched to forward lunges. Most partners got to meet up twice before we had to head to the flag.
