THE THANG:
1. Merkins at Lightposts – do 11 merkins at each light post on the backstretch
A lot of questions about “are we going to do this all BD—it lasted a total of 7-8 mins and PAX were psyching themselves out. We preservered.

2. 11s – Dips and Derkins – run from guardrail in main parking lot to the big retaining wall for derkins. Rinse repeat. Bagger tried to bait Drummy with moon landing talk.

3. Run the ramp
One pax calls 10 of an exercise and then run the ramp up and back. Chick Magnet called Merkins and we were all happy with his life choices. Rinse repeat.

MARY:
Chick Magnet tried to call merkins (sensing a trend) and Nessy alpha’d and called a sprint. Not sure what’s gotten into him lately.
