THE THANG:

🔥 Impossible Mile 🔥

1/2 lap around ERP Oval for each exercise (1/4 mile each)
1- Burpees
2- Lunges
3- Bear Crawls
4- Run

This challenge proved to be harder than expected. All pax embraced the suck and powered through. It took us the full hour, but we all pushed our limits and challenged ourselves. Only 3 pax completely finished: Brad Pitt, The Count, and Tenderloin. Coco and Lt. Dan needed 5 more minutes to complete the Bear Crawls before the last run. Other pax finished only half of the Impossible Mile, hince the name “Impossible.” Good work to everyone this morning!
