Warm-O-Rama

SSH, Mountain Climbers, Merkins, Stump Jumpers, and Imperial Walkers.

 

The Thang

Center of the park to reveal the whiteboard with the list of exercises and movements between stations.

  • Exercises at Center: Merkin, Squerkins, Peter Parkers, Bro-Merkins
  • Movements: Duckwalk and Bunny Hop
  • Exercises at the 4 corners: SSH (IC), Star Jumps, Bobbie Hurleys, Bonnie Blairs

Partner up and perform 10 of the center exercise, move together to a corner (DW or BH, alternate with each round) and perform 20 of the corner exercise then mosey back and move to the next exercises.

Part 2:

Indian run to the old folks’ home on TLP (across from the abandoned Rite Aid)
Cross the street to the office park on S Side of the road WITH YOUR PARTNER FOR SAFETY. Holding hands optional. But encouraged.

Mosey down to the woods as a group. Adult supervision required (sign says so) we should be alright.

10 tire curls while partner does dips.
Brotate 6x so each PAX gets 3 rounds of 10 curls and 3 rounds of dips. (Curls is the timer)

INTO THE CREEK!

5 Merkins. Then the Q remembers his phone is in his pocket. “RECOVER!” (Sorry Sooorie)

Partner hand-hold mosey across the street, then Indian run back to the flag. (Freaggin Maaco)

 

COT:

We’ve all got an emotional white board where feelings get put up there and need to be erased so there’s room for the truth to be written in it’s place. Even if the truth gets written in permanent ink, life experiences can write over that with more dry erase and the permanent ink can come off.

This is why a man needs the Daily Red Pill. This is why a man needs brothers who will speak the truth with candor and love. Because we will need the truth re-written many times over, this is a life long pursuit best served with a TEAM. So start a shield lock, or just start posting consistently a couple times a week with the same guys, or just start posting consistently.

Our fitness is not only physical, but mental, and our families rely on us to be prepared to serve and to lead. So let’s not let feelings overtake our whiteboard by trying to do life OYO.
