WARMUP: The Usual
THE THANG: Did three different sets:

1. PAX Partnered up. PAX 1 held a Balls to the Walls position until PAX completed 20 Box LEAPS(jumps). PAX then switched positions

2. Chase the Rabbit! The rabbit ran to 2 different spots. Main group started in football field giving rabbit a 10 burpee head start. Rabbit ran to the top stadium stairs and then back down to the field. Dr. Tron lead us first with Mtn Climbers and then Colonel next with Carolina Drydocks

3. PAX paired back up alternating on the field. PAX 1 did Freddie Mercury’s and PAX 2 did broad LEAPS(jumps) to the 20 yd line. PAX alternated exercises every 20 yds across the field to the goal line. We then came back with BBSU’s and more broad LEAPS.

Ran a loop around the track and then came back to original spot for PAX alternating 15 Box LEAPS and BTTW’s.

COT: Cable Guy was 6 Man. Thanked God for his new opportunities with Ministry and Work. Prayed he would be able to maintain good routines to lead well through these changes.
