WOR – Start off with 21 Burpees to Kiss ’21 Goodbye.  After all the moans and groans then Burpees completed moseyed to the corner of the parking lot for SSH, Weedpickers, and Imperial Walkers IC.  YHC was losing rhythm for the count with all the yapping from Hombre, Law Dog, and Legionnaire so it was time to get moving.

The Thang – Indian Run to the back of the high school.  Last Pax does 3 Burpees then sprints to the front.  Took a little break at the picnic tables for 21 Derkins, 21 Dips, 21 Step ups (Kodiak), and Mekins IC.  Back to the Indian Run to the front of the middle school.  Partner A would do Wall Sits for as long as it took Partner B to run to the buses and do 22 Bonnie Blairs.  After all the yapping from Law Dog he finally said something reasonable that made sense “great our legs are gonna be sore for the Sawnee Run tomorrow”.  YHC audibled about halfway through for some Chicken Peckers IC.  Back to Indian Run to the front of the high school.  Time to do a little something for the DAWGS because for whatever reason a little bit of hope always creeps through.
