Mosey to the front of Freedom Middle. 15 ssh 8 weed pickers, sun gods, and Michael Phelps.
Partner up, partner 1 runs a short lap(this was longer than I thought it would be) partner 2 does dips until partner 1 returns. Next lap was merkins while partner ran. Each Pax ended up doing 3 sets of dips and merkins. There was mild confusion of how much to do.
Next mosey to the bottom of the hill. Sprint to the sign, 10 squats, and walk to the bottom. We did this 4 times.
Mosey back to the flag area and circled up to knock out big boy sit-ups and air presses. We did increased the total of each after each round. Started with 2 bb sit-ups and 4 air presses. Then 4 and 8 and so on. We made it up to 28 air presses and it was time to stop. I realized when doing this that it is very difficult to add when you are exhausted.
