Since it is back to school time, I thought we should make our way from Kindergarten to 12th Grade.

Warm-up:

After a quick mosey we did a little IC Windmill, Weedpickers, and threw in some OYO Phelps & Sun Gods.  Now time to get schooled.

 

The Thang:

Its an accumulation workout.  Every “Grade” we ran to the end of the street, then you add the exercise to the ones prior.  So start with Kindergarten, then run a lap. Then do Kindergarten & 1st Grade and run.  Continue this until you graduate.  The reps stay at 12 for each exercise.

 

K – Squats

3rd – Big Boy Situps

4th – Flutter Kicks

5th – LBCs

6th – Press

7th – Shoulder Taps

8th – Merkins

9th – Skull Crushers

10th – American Hammer

11th – Burpees

Fun times this morning.  The workout was hard, the breakfast, coffee, & conversation were great, and mumble chatter was on point.  Another great day to be at Safari.
