WARMUP: we moseyed to the back parking lot and did the usual with a couple extras. Today I added the WIllie Mays and The Silverado
THE THANG: we started out with 11’s. At the back tables we did dips and then ran to the front deck and did toe touches holding on to the bottom of the rail.

Next we went to the track where I had cones set up and I asked trivia questions about me. Apparently, people know me pretty well. Originally we were gonna get out of the exercise if they got the answer wrong, but everyone was getting them right and I wanted to go some exercises and not just run. So I switched it up. We did exercises if they got them right.

Lastly, we spent the last 18 minutes playing ultimate football. It ended with a tie.
