Our Mosey was out of the arena and onto townlake parkway. I talked about F3 while we ran for about 5 minutes.
Thang: We ran down townlake parkway and every minute on the minute we did the following and then continue our run.

When nearing half way we found a long hill where we ventured to do indian runs it was a steady climb. That was fun.
We turn back and started the same process as the initial run but added more reps

Pax became happy that we were returning home to the arena so i decide to turn unexpectedly toward a hill i knew about. On the hill we proceed to do sprints up and Bernie sanders down at the bottom we include an Ab exercise. We did this 3 times and start back to our home again.
We got back to the arena as a team on a steady pace. Upon our arrive YHC decide to add 100 MT Climbers , 100 bear crawls down the parking lot. We then finished with Mary 1 exercise each person.
