Warmorama:

• Began with 10 6 count burpees to get warmed up.
• Mosey to the Green Prince Trail doing Butt Kickers, High Knees, Side Straddle Left then Right.

The Thang:

• Today was interval day on the Green Price Trail. Starting  at the dog park bridge – Push Pace to Sprint from vent pipe to vent pipe then walk to the next pipe. Do this interval all with way down to Hwy 92 and back. The idea was to increase the heart rate then let in come back down each segment.
• To end the intervals running back up the trail to the sub station and finally running the big hill back to the trail entrance.
• Finished with a few running stretches.

Mole skin:
