WARMUP: Circle in the parking lot to pickup PAX comin in hot. Normal warm-o-rama.
THE THANG: Started with partner carries on the football field. Carry your partner sideline to sideline. 15 merkins on one side and 15 BBSU on the other. Exited the stadium for 30 prison pulls, 1 min plank (our dad joke game was subpar), 30 prison pulls. Headed across the street. Stopped 1/2 way for some American Hammers. Ran around the back of the baseball field to the bleachers in the middle. Here we did an Aiken Legs routine. Headed behind the school. Stopped 1/2 way for some more AH. Headed over to HVAC building. Same partners as before. One partner would hang while the other partner ran to fence and back. Do 3 Bropees and swap out. Got four rounds in. Headed to benches for 11’s with dips and inclined merkins. Hit time and headed back to flag.
MARY: Gazelle’s were freed to lead and started Mary upon arrival. Got in some box cutters and other stuff. Notable mention to Maytag for introducing Fire Hydrants!
