Kept the gloom dry on a very rainy, windy and cold day. Given the weather, thought it was a good opportunity to honor and remember our fallen brother, Cardinal. Started with a warmorama – SSH, Windmills, Copperhead Squats, Sungods and Michael Phelps. Then sprinted a few legs from doors to the bollards to get the blood flowing. We then did the Q that Cardinal started.
