Mosey to football field

WOR- SSH, Weedpickers, Windmill

Thang- Partner day, pick a partner.  One AMRAP the first activity below while the other runs length of football field and Bernie Sanders back.

A- Monkey Humpers

B- Imperial Walkers

C- LBC’s

D- Flutter Kicks

E- Mountain Climbers

F- American Hammers

G- Plank Jacks

After both partners have AMRAP and run, together they pull a card from the deck and complete their reps of the list below based on number and suit pulled. 2,3- 10, J(11), Q(12), K(13), A (14), Joker (10 of each!)

Hearts- WWII situps

Diamonds- Superman Burpees

Clubs- Copperhead Squats

Spades- Mike Tyson’s

After group activity is done, move to AMRAP/run B, then pick card, then C, etc

At 10 min til the hour, team with top 5 card hand gets to sit and laugh as the others do a “Chicken Run” to Havana by Camila Cabello.

All runners must flap their wings like a chicken until she says the word Havana when everyone does an up/down.  Song is approximately 3 min.
