Pre-beatdown discussion was quite blah – everyone was still asleep. Since Quag is part of this group, wasn’t sure how everyone would take to getting a little “dirty”…
Ran to East Cherokee and circled up for yoga leading into Quag Stretches….
Run back to the school and on the curb perform 3 rounds of 30 plank hand step ups and 30 foot step ups.
Run to the freshly cut baseball field and divide into two groups for the tennis ball challenge taking and replacing tennis balls 2 times thru each team.
Lay down face up on a line and get up to sprint to another line about 30 yards away – go thru 9 times. (here we came close to a merlot) Once complete, then do the same thing but first run back 15 yards and perform 5 burpees for 3 times and then run to the far line. Then run back 15 yards and perform 20 merkins and then run to the far line.
Once complete, run to my car and get the 50# water jugs and divide into two groups and carry the jugs to East Cherokee taking turns with 20 merkins with each transition.
Head back to the flag for debriefing after Mary’s.
