WARMUP: Mission Stmt and then 4 Burpees, 15 IWs, 4 slowwww kudzu pickers, 15 SSHs…

Started the Tax & Money themed play-list…Quick explanation of our civic duty to pay taxes so others can stay home and watch Jerry Springer and our government can pay for research on why Brown Cows do not produce chocolate milk. Pick up a rock to carry the tax burden during the entire beatown.

And finally, to keep with making April weird, all Pax and the Q must finish anything spoke with …MEOW!
THE THANG: Take the long way to the Turf Field and line up on the GL. Then did the following (everything was with your tax burden (the rock, and no, Dwayne Johnson was not there):

1 – Sprint 15 yards – 15 Merkins, sprint back and do LBCs until 6 arrives.
2. Sprint 30 yards – 15 BBS, same.
3. 45 yards – 15 Squats, same.
4. 60 yards – 15 BBS
5. 75 yards – 15 Mtn Climbers (Kodiak)
6. 90 yards – 15 Monkey Humpers

* Took a lap, but bear crawled the length of the GLs. Ran the sidelines.

Back to the GL, but ran backwards to and from.
1. 15 yards – 15 Burpees, backwards run to GL; LBCs on 6
2. 30 yards – 15 Leg Raises; same
3. 45 yards – 15 Squat Jumps; same

Running low on time, so we tool the mosey back up “Easy Mountain” all together, and made our tax payment by tossing the rock back to the rock pile (IRS)..MEOW
MARY: FMB led with LBCs, Pella with Flutters and Superiest of Daves with Merican Hammers.

Good time this morning and thanks for signing me up to Q, Leaky. You did give me some notice, so that nice of you. Sad that no one messed up the Meow. The Hurt Lockerians did a lot better at it than the Cross Roadians did a month or so ago. No penalty merkins this morning. Good to have Fudd out for his Quarterly sighting. Hopefully we see him back out again before July. Also, if you have a blank calendar, sign up for something!! There are lots of SFN races, Spartans, GrowRucks, Trail Runs, Hard 75s, etc.. that other Pax are doing…sign-up. It will make you accountable and possibly get you out of your comfort zone.
