started with warm up weed picker then imperial walker. Paired up then 3 pairs per green team and blue team. One partner runs to 50 and back on football field then 100 ant back while other partner does the assigned exercise. 6 rounds of exercises each partner does while other is running… burpees, big boys, jump squats, merkins, jump rope, mt climbers.
Run to coupon place. Losing team from previous exercise does 20 burpees while winning team planks.
