Warmed up with a mosey and some staples (SSH, weed pickers, copperhead squat and copperhead merkins)

The Thang

Walked around back under the awning and did 3 stations for 10 minutes each with a mosey in between. Repeated exercises in each round until time was up with 2 Turkish get-ups as the buy-in each time around.
