WARMUP: mosey around the back of Free Home Elementary, along the fence line, back out in the light and circled up..welcomed everyone, talked about the recon mission and did the normal stuff
THE THANG: mosey around the campus (and off) stopping for some exercises

11’s (Merkins/Squats) up and down one of the hills led by YHC..keep moseying … to the front of the school

Stop at the large lighted Flag..Dory had us plank while one PAX ran the loop around the Flag, stopping at the back..mosey..

Entrance to school..11’s (DIPS/Incline Merkins) from Entrance to Other side on parking lot…moseyed to HWY 372 Entrance and

At each light pole Leaky had the PAX double each exercise, well all of us doubled except Gandi.. started with 1 Merkin/2 Squats..this sucked..last light pole was 32 merkins and 62 squats..luckily time was running out so we did not get through all the light poles

Great time this morning exploring and even better mumblechatter. The grounds have been christened as Legionnaire and YHC taking some falls, Bloodhound found every hill and a new area off campus & Leaky was his usual positive self.
