Burpee football game: 4v4, every drop everyone does a burpee, add a burpee for the next drop up to 5 and start at 1 again. Ultimate rules. When Q calls sprint, a runner from each team races and tries to get to a cone and back to their team first, the winner gets the ball no matter which team has it.
