WARMUP:

THE THANG:

-31 (10 broad jump sandbag toss, 10 lunges, 10 overhead press, 1 man maker) down and back
-middle school lot running to the lights
(1st light run down and back then 20 reps of single straight leg and repeat for each light until we get to the wall and run back then last set of single straight leg dead lift)

-two sets of LBCs, flutter kicks and gas pumps
