THE THANG: Thing 1: In honor of 1972, Dory with 72 BBS, Step Ups, and Burpees. Partner takes a covered lap, doing 19 SSHs at the end point. Thing 2: In honor of being 51, 3 sets of 17 reps of Squats, Dips, Merkins, LBCs, and Lunges, with a covered lap in between each set. Thing 3: Tiny bus lanes, curb jumps and a 4 merkin penalty for no curb at 4.
