We did a partner assisted dora workout which consisted of five exercies.
- 100 Merkins
- 150 LBC’s
- 200 Over Head Presses
- 250 Squats
- 300 two count flutter kicks
While one PAX was adding to the total reps of the exercise, the other PAX(partner) was bear crawling up the stair well at the Colosseum, running back down, then running up and back down again.
The stairs that Cricket found have definitely become a great way to exercise, but are very tiring.
