Warm-O-Rama: We did the usual SSH’s, Weed Pickers, Imperial Walkers, Sungods, etc. I’m too predictable.
The Thang: We did a Dora 1-2-3 at the bottom of Mount Doom. We paired up, one PAX did exercises while the other ran to the top of Mount Doom and back, then they switched out.
Exercises: 100 Merkins, 200 LBC’s, 300 Squats
Once that was done, we did Everest (lunge, squat, lunge, squat) to the top of Mount Doom.
We ended with the COT: We prayed for Doughboy’s brother, for Mr. Holland, for Gut Check’s friend Sean. It was a beautiful morning.
