Woke up this morning fearing that I had pulled a WestSide and showed up at a completely whacky place on the top of a hill where I found new trails – I was really thrilled about that, but had missed Qing at The Kodiak – and then I woke up! Realizing that I had not let my Kodiakans down and seeing that we had even numbers was perfect for the plan for partner work – leaving one partner performing challenging holds whilst the other was running or bear crawling…..

Finally running around the back of the baseball field reaching each post and going back for the six to not leave whomever it was hanging alone in the back. We managed to put in just under 2 miles and lots of sweat. Some worked hard – some hardly worked, some went fast – others went as fast as they could. Waking up early and participating at beatdowns – some do it to get better and some just to hang out and have good camaraderie.
Whatever your goals are, wherever you go – it is good to know you have a solid group who is always willing to help you and pray for you. You have only one life to live – be positive, encourage and empower – make it count for something – get busy living or get busy dying but get busy….
