WARMUP: Mosey down the parking lot for a few SSH’s, Diamond Merkins, Squats, and Crunchy Frogs
THE THANG: grabbed my deck of deception for a game of blackjack. We flipped a card and did SSH’s for Hearts, Diamond Merkins for Diamonds, Crunchy Frogs for Clubs, and Squats for Spades. The one caveat if we happen to hit blackjack 10 burpees. also, if a joker was pulled, run up the hill on the back side of the parking lot. Luckily for the pax this special deck of cards was filled with face cards and four Jokers. So four times up the hill and multiple blackjacks were hit. Fun was had by all as they tried to figure out when the low cards were going to be played.
