Started with a casual sashay to the lower parking lot. Did the usual array of F3 warm ups. We were very loose and somewhat warm.
We partnered up with a coupon. One person would complete and exercise while the other completed a big loop. Before every switch both partners had to complete a core exercise together.
- 20 American Hammers – 20 Shoulder Presses then 10 Offset Merkins (alternating hands on coupon). Repeat until partner returns
- 20 Crunchy Frogs – Goblet Squats
- 20 Big Boys – Curls
- 20 Flutter Kicks – Man Makers
- 20 Plank Jacks – Skull Crushers

3 of the lost boys attended. The young bloods complained about my playlist. Immediately Rosco P yelled at them, “What did I tell you in the car.
