Warm Up

Short mosey on the side walk around the field.  Did some Side Straddle Hops, Weed Pickers, Sun gods and Michael Phelps

The Thang

This was a choose your own adventure beat down.  Each man had their own coupon and had to rifle carry it to each station.  The entrance fee for each station was 30 man makers, but that number cou;ld be reduced based on the pax’s knowledge of pop culture and history.

Station 1

20 Man Makers

Dive Bomb Merkins 10 to 1.  Do 10 Dive bomb merkins, then hold plank for 10 seconds, 9 dive bomb merkins, then hold plank for 9 seconds.  Go all the way down to 1.

50 yard sprint between each set

Station 2

10 Man Makers

Lt. Danger 10 to 1.  Hold Plank for the 6

Station 3

20 Man Makers

16 line drill (Basketball Court Sprints).  Touch the side line of each side of court 8 times each. Completed sprints 3 times

30 Flutter kick with coupon placed between legs.  2 flutter kicks on one side of coupon, then brought legs over to other side and repeat

Station 4

On the steep hill next to basketball courts, 11s were reduced to 6s because we were running out of time.  Carolina Dry Docks at the bottom of the hill.  CRAWL BEAR up the hill for some Captain Thors.

Station 5

Modified Let the Bodies Hit the Floor.  Played the song Let the Bodies hit the Floor.  Hold plank on elbows, every time we heard the word floor or a number (1,2,3,4) we tapped the floor with out hip, alternating from left to right.  It is actually a lot harder than it sounds.

Station 6


Just as it sounds.  Both sides split into teams.  2 rounds on feet, each side one 1 round.  Tie breaker on knees, ended in stalemate.

Men did a great job pushing through, honored to be a part of their group.
