6 stations setup in 3 rows of 2 exercises about 20 yards apart. Using a tabata timer PAX had 90 seconds to run to one of the stations and do the exercise of their choice. They then had 30 seconds to run back to the starting line, planking on the six. We did this for 12 rounds.
