WARMUP: mosey, briefly executed a few other exercises
THE THANG: we chased the rabbit and did SSHs, Big Boi sit-ups, Carolina Dry Docks, Monkey Humpers, Squats and …. I lost my winkie and can’t remember the last exercise.
MARY: I asked the group what was BB’s infamous exercise – Scamper guessed right so he got to lead us in some raccoon crawls down 3-4 levels of the amphitheater.
